Aligning Industry with the Future!

The D800 system with the D279 Display

This system is designed to measure Straightness and Flatness etc. It can also measure parallel, dynamical movements in both the horizontal and vertical planes.

It is used to measure such items as Machine tables, Foundations and Flanges etc.

The benefit for you is that you will get easier and faster flatness measuring results. This means that with this measurement system measurement and alignment times can be shortened considerably.

Two year Warranty
laser beam spinning Spin Technology

This is how it works in brief: The laser beam from the transmitter rotates (Spins) constantly and creates a reference plane over the entire measurement object. You place the detector at the desired measurement points and register the reading by a push of a button. If required, you can also read the measurement values "live" with up to four detectors connected in series, to see how the measurement object moves/turns at each measurement position during adjustment.

Popular use: flange measurement of a windmill tower.

One of the most popular uses for the D800 system is the flange measurement of a windmill tower both in production and in the field.

Measure both inside and outside of the flange

By using a process specific measurement program (28 Flange) we can measure both the inside and outside of the flange. This information can now be stored electronically in EASY LINK software.

This information can be viewed as a numerical list or in a graphical format.

This information is extremely important to the customer of the windmill tower manufacturer because they will want to see not only the flatness of the flange but also the angle or taper as well.

Customer reports can be customized to meet their needs in many different formats such as Excel or Word.

Information can be stored electronically in EASY LINK software.

Other EASY LASER Windmill Applications:

Foundation Flatness, Tower Flange Flatness, Tower Flange Parellelity, Slewing Bearing Flange Flatness, Shaft Alignment, Generator-Gearbox Wing Flange Flatness and Wing Perpendicularity to Flange.
